Services
We perform home inspections according to the Home Inspection Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. We also offer ancillary inspections. These are additional types of inspections that you may be interested in hiring us to perform for you. Feel free to ask your inspector about additional inspection services.
Qualifications
Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.
Sample Reports
At the end of the inspection, we will produce a written inspection report for you. The report will be easy-to-read and clear to understand. We will include pictures of the systems and components of the home and building that we inspect. We will also provide a summary of the defects that we observed during the inspection.

Meet the Inspector
My name is Doug Mikota.
My name is Doug Mikota, I was born and raised in Skagit Valley, WA. I'm 4th generation of Washingtonian with a lot of family history in construction, farming, and education here in Washington State. I've worked in various fields in the construction industry from handyman, house mover, painting custom homes, deckhand to captain. Most extensively I've worked as a scaffolding foreman, superintendent, sales, and estimator for large apartment complexes and industrial plants all over Washington State.

Since the days I put on my tools as a kid I've always strived to work hard, show up early, take pride in my work, and do quality work. On my off time I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, boating, fishing, and being outdoors when the sun is around. We are always happy to take your calls and meet new people.
